Email from 1/17/11

THE IPHONES ON VERIZON! oh and jake got engaged. but the iphones on verizon! just kidding. Unless they get verizon down here and give iphones to the missionaries doesn´t really effect me. But why would verizon come down here. They would make no money. Anywho a better Wedding date would be march 24th. Then I´ll make a year that day and they´ll be married. It´s like a win-win-win situation. I didn´t know Josh was leaving so soon I thought he still had a little bit left. Things are pretty much the same this week. Still have no one to teach but less actives which is fine but today was pretty fun. Every p-day morning we play soccer but today we decided to play ultimate frisbee which was really fun and cape verdians are terrible at throwing a frisbee. and brazilians. and portugualians. GO AMERICA. You can´t find Bang!? ask zac heinz about it he has it and maybe he´ll know where to buy it. And don´t worry about transfer dates with packages I´ll get packages when I get them. Oh and no we don´t have very many endowed members there. Even though the church has a program to help them go to the temple they still are not worthy and they don´t plan anything that far in advanced. And if I went to a portuguese ward it would be brazilian portuguese and not portugual so that´s not as fun. Well after we played frisbee today we went to cididade velho for our zone activity and walked around. It´s the oldest city in cape verde and there´s a pirate forte there that we walked around in and stuff. Other than that just normal african life. I´m sure you could get bang here in time. As long as it gets here before the end of the mission thats in time. Well not much else going on in our lives right now. Just hot like always but not as hot as the summer.
