Email from 8/1/11

Man things are going TERRIBLE with elder Cuentes. He yells at me and beats me and tries to strangle our investigators. On the other hand things with elder Cuestas are going pretty good. E. Cuestas also hates elder cuentes A LOT but were managing. So yeah he's from Texas but was going to BYU before the mission and his parents are Colombian and so he speaks Spanish but he hates Spanish so it's all good here. He's a convert of almost 3 years and he baptized his mother 3 months after his baptism so yeah go team.
Anywho, this week we were only in our area for 3 days so that was kind of a bummer. We were in praia for 3 days for zone council with president and then the day we came back we had to go to another area to do a baptismal interview and they didn't have a car that would come back at night so we had to stay there all day. But we did have our baptism this week. The daughter of the first councilor. She's 9 and her dad almost forgot to confirm her in sacrament meeting.... fail. Well anywho I have to type some article for the news letter about goats and chickens and turning into a werewolf so I guess I'll have to cut this short. Love yall and have a good week!
